Our first recipe for our brunch recipe. For that, that’s our garlic bread, we need for that Whole grain bread. For the garlic spread: 1 c. chopped green olives 1 tbsp. minced garlic 2 tsp. unfermented soy sauce. And we got three ingredients. Right, and they’re great. Yeah. We have the soy sauce with your amino acids. Okay. We have a fresh garlic. Yes. And we have the delicious olives. Yes. Which gives us olive oil, great for your skin and hair. Yeah, you’re right so we’re using that then instead of say margarine or butter. Yes, yes. Something like that on the bread. Yes, right. That you normally do. Or even oil when it’s heated of course it changes the structure of the molecule.

4 c. old fashioned oatmeal
2 c. chickpeas
2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. of unfermented soy sauce or sea salt to taste
1 1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. Of nutritional yeast flakes
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. African Bird cayenne pepper
Okay, this looks good with the chickpeas and the oats and all that stuff. Right. Yeah, it make a nice brunch. Absolutely.
