When Allen’s wife Maral decided she wanted to visit a Christian Church for the first time, He found Central Church on social media. Maral is from Iran and had not had the opportunity to learn about Christ as a child. They drove over an hour for worship. Keeping in touch with Pastor Boston and doing Bible studies online they decided to be baptized after the “Revelation of Hope” online streaming series. While it was a cold November day in Ohio, Maral wanted to be baptized outdoors in nature and the pastors of Central were more than willing to honor their request. The couple were married legally but they wanted Pastor Boston to provide a spiritual ceremony after the baptism to submit their marriage to the Lord.
