Mark Anthony’s Marinara
2 lbs crushed tomato
6 oz paste
½ cup diced peppers
½ cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic
2 cups water
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Tablespoon Basil
½ teaspoon thyme
1 Bay leaf
2 teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard (secret ingredient)
Simmer for 1 hour
